There are times in a market cycle when unprecedented returns can be made while incurring marginal levels of risk. The managing partners of PropFund, LP – James Aldrich and Allen Glass – have a combined total of over 50 years experience in purchasing and operating industrial, retail, office and multifamily properties as well as funding and purchasing loans on their own behalf and on the behalf of investors.

Jim and Allen are actively involved in every aspect of owning real estate as an investment vehicle: Acquisitions, due diligence, securing financing, major refurbishments, ground up development, in house asset and property management as well as leasing vacant space of all property types. They are experienced and knowledgeable operators that take a hands-on approach to owning well-located, functional Class B and Class C industrial, office, neighborhood retail and multifamily properties.

Class B and Class C properties have their own set of nuanced underwriting criteria that are very different than Class A properties. Both Jim and Allen intimately understand this asset class and can determine, prior to purchase, which properties have the potential to be good investments, the necessary steps to take to enhance the value of the property and who the ultimate owner/user or tenant that will occupy the property.
